The World Collection, sold in Japan as Pikachu World, is a special set released on July 8, 2010 alongside Clash at the Summit. It holds nine holofoil Pikachu cards, one each in English, Italian, Korean, Spanish, Japanese, German, French, Polish and Portuguese, the nine languages the card game was printed in at the time. Every card except the Japanese one carries its own artwork tied to its country, such as the Grand Canyon on the English card, and all nine have gold holofoil borders. An international box followed in November 2010, after the 2010 World Championships Decks, pairing the same nine cards with one of the four World Championship decks; only the card backs differ between the Japanese and international releases.
The hub checklist for the World Collection is still being built, and today it lists the Polish print plus a Chinese Pikachu that belongs to the older Pikachu World Collection, so match cards by language and by the gold border rather than by number while the remaining prints are added. Sealed sets are the real target: the blue Pokémon Center box, the scarce green 7-Eleven box and the international box with a World Championship deck all trade as units, and a complete nine card set out of the box is the next best thing. Gold holofoil borders chip at the corners, so inspect edges before grading a single card.

The Polish language Pikachu from the World Collection, the print the hub tracks today and the card that stands in for the set until the other eight languages are added.

The World Collection released in Japan on July 8, 2010, the same day as Clash at the Summit. The international box followed in November 2010.
The World Collection has nine cards, one Pikachu in each of nine languages: English, Italian, Korean, Spanish, Japanese, German, French, Polish and Portuguese.
Sealed sets lead, above all the green 7-Eleven box, followed by the blue Pokémon Center box and the international box. Among singles the English and Japanese prints draw the most attention.
The highest value card currently tracked for World Collection is Pikachu #PW at $1,600 in PSA 10.
No booster box. The World Collection was sold as a complete nine card set in a blue Pokémon Center box or a green 7-Eleven box in Japan, and in a box with a World Championship deck internationally.
The blue set was sold at Pokémon Centers and the green set only at 7-Eleven stores in Japan. The cards match except the Japanese Pikachu, which has a green background in the green set, and the 7-Eleven set is the scarcer of the two.
