The Poké Card Creator Pack is a five card collection built from the winning entries of the Kids' WB! Poké Card Creator Contest. Children and young teens drew one of five chosen Pokémon and sent their artwork to Kids' WB! between February 16 and April 10, 2004, and Pokémon USA turned the winning illustrations into real cards for Pikachu, Mudkip, Treecko, Torchic and Wurmple. A total of 5250 packs were distributed in July 2004, 50 to each of the five grand prize winners and one to each of the 5000 first prize winners. The pack came in a foil pouch like a normal booster, but none of the cards are tournament legal.
Pikachu leads the hub, followed by Mudkip, Treecko, Torchic and Wurmple. A complete set is five cards, so the challenge is condition and the sealed pack rather than the checklist. Because packs went to children who won a drawing contest, many were opened and played with, and a sealed pouch or a clean Pikachu in high grade carries a large premium.
