About Legendary Heartbeat
What Legendary Heartbeat is
Legendary Heartbeat, sold in Japan as Enhanced Expansion Pack: Legendary Heartbeat, is the third subset of the Japanese Sword & Shield era, released on July 10, 2020 as an enhancement of the third main expansion, Infinity Zone. It has 76 cards in the numbered set plus 18 secret prints, 94 in total, sold in seven card packs with one guaranteed holofoil. It was planned to coincide with the twenty third Pokémon movie, which was delayed by the pandemic, and it features the Rogue Monkey Pokémon Zarude as Zarude V. The set introduced the Amazing Rare rarity for Legendary and Mythical Pokémon, here Celebi 9, Raikou 15, Zekrom 20, Diancie 30, Zacian 33, Zamazenta 44, Jirachi 50, Lugia 55 and Rayquaza 56. The secrets run from the Zarude V full art 77 through the Supporters Beauty, Allister and Opal to the gold Oranguru 92, Hero's Medal 93 and Cape of Toughness 94. Its cards reached English as part of Vivid Voltage.
What makes Legendary Heartbeat different
- Amazing Rares The Amazing Rare Rayquaza 56 is the most valuable card in the set in PSA 10, with Jirachi 50, Diancie 30, Raikou 15, Celebi 9 and Lugia 55 filling the next five places.
- Zacian and Zamazenta The Amazing Rare Zamazenta 44 and Zacian 33 both rank in the set's top ten in PSA 10, ahead of the Coalossal VMAX secret print.

Collecting and grading Legendary Heartbeat
Rayquaza 56 leads the set in PSA 10, with Jirachi 50 second, then Diancie 30, Raikou 15, Celebi 9, Lugia 55, Zamazenta 44, Coalossal VMAX 87, the gold Hero's Medal 93, Zacian 33, the gold Oranguru 92 and Zekrom 20. The live chase list above ranks every tracked card by PSA 10 value. Amazing Rares carry a textured holofoil that shows scratches readily, so PSA 10 copies carry a wider premium than most Japanese cards of the era.
