Ultra Premium Collections are the top of the sealed range. Each one is built around exclusive promo cards, often metal or etched, plus a large stack of packs, a playmat and accessories. Retail has typically been $119.99, and the Charizard and 151 releases showed how quickly these boxes can move once stores sell through. They are released rarely, print runs are limited, and the promos inside drive much of the value.
